Ajit Utagikar leads the strategic activities within Core Capital Group ESG for India based companies. He also focuses on business value enhancement opportunities for Core Capital ESG clients encompassing both strategic and operational initiatives enhanced by sector expertise and deep domain knowledge. He has extensive experience in Strategic Business Planning and Operations Management. He specializes in conducting in-depth strategic assessments of businesses and operations and developing plans for improvement. Mr. Utagikar brings to ESG an ability to review, design, and develop business processes that help enhance the value of client business for a strategic transaction.
Experience
Mr. Utagikar has held various Strategic and Operational business positions with Intel Corporation, Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. He has managed several different functions including Materials, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and New Product Development focusing on microprocessors, ASICS, and Thick-film and Thin-film based multi-chip modules. Mr. Utagikar has significant experience working with organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Mr. Utagikar received his M.S. in 1991 from the University of Kansas with specialization in Semiconductor Processing. He has published 2 papers in the Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology II and has also been awarded a patent for Flip-chip packaging.
